Speaker A: Connecting you now. This call is recorded. Speaker B: Hello? Speaker A: Hello, my name is Javi with Shoebox. I'm calling for Brian. Speaker B: Yeah, Brian speaking. How can I help you? Speaker A: Hey, Brian, my name is Javi. I'm with Shoebox. I do record my calls for quality training purposes. I actually have some good news for you, Brian. Our company is going to through some public records and we found that you and your company have some unclean property, unclean funds in the state of New York. Are you still in business? Speaker B: Yes. Speaker A: Okay, so are you familiar here? Solid Enterprise Realty Group. And this was reported by Dan Billion Payment Incorporation. Are you familiar with them? Speaker B: Yes. Speaker A: Okay, so I'm not sure if you know this, but in the center New York, any company that owes you or your business money, they can't really get a hold of you. They actually have to send out those funds to the state of New York and you can claim those funds with the state of New York. And it doesn't really tell me. They don't. They don't publish the total amount that's owed to you. Normally in the state of New York, on average, it's about four to eight thousand dollars per business. If you'd like, I can actually send you some information on how to get those funds back to you. Speaker B: What's the company that you worked for? Speaker A: So our company is called Shoebox. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it. I see that what you guys do is you do tax preparation. Speaker B: Yes. Speaker A: Okay. So what we do is we work with a lot of tax preparation companies because we're a receipt management company. What we do for normally for people or small businesses is we digitize their expense receipts like gasoline receipts. Or if they purchase something for the business, we digitize everything for them so that they can give it to you. Digitized. So companies like you, which makes it a whole lot easier when it comes to filing for taxes for these businesses or people. But also part of what we do is we take a look periodically to unclaimed properties that are owed to small businesses and we reach out to them, which is why I'm calling you. Speaker B: Okay. For those unclaim funds. How it work? So I give you the information and you get a flaws and we, and we, and we pay your percentage or how it works? Speaker A: No, actually we do this for free. What we do is we send you an email because there's some steps you're going to have to take. So we send you an email with a link and everything that you need to provide to the state of New York in order for you to file the claim, because you have to file a claim with them and then once you file the claim with them, they go through the process of sending you the funds. So all I'm going to need is your email. Speaker B: Okay, perfect. Speaker A: So, okay, if you like, I'm ready for that email. Speaker B: The email that you can use is b, g solid tax gmail.com. Speaker A: it was B DSM BG B as Speaker B: in boy, G doesn't go solid tax. I Gmail Com. Speaker A: And the other word you said is solid, right? Like the company name? Speaker B: Yeah, Speaker A: solid gmail.com. so I'll send you the email. It's gonna have some information and steps to follow. It'll also have a little bit of what our company is if you decide that. You know, like I said, we work with a lot of tax preparations companies, so we work with them because it's a lot easier for you if you get your clients to use our platform in order for them to manage their receipts and digitize them. So I'll send you some information about us as well. If you decide to share with your clients, that would be great. And you can always reach me by email or phone number as well. Have all of that in the email. Okay. Speaker B: Amazing. Thank you so much. Speaker A: Certainly, Brian. Not a problem at all. Do you keep busy this time of year or is it mostly towards the beginning?
